Elephant Beach
Elephant Beach is one of the most popular & beautiful beaches in Havelock Island with its powdery white sand, clear water, and lots of activities like snorkelling, parasailing, Jet Skiing and many more. It is located on the north-western coast of Havelock Island, about 9 km from the jetty. The beach can be reached by taking a speed boat from the Havelock jetty which takes about 20 minutes.

Trekking to Elephant Beach
Though most of the tourists visit Elephant Beach by speed boat, you can choose to trek to the Beach through a dense forest as well. The trek to Elephant Beach is approximately 2 km long and starts from a point near Radhanagar Beach in Havelock Island. The trek is through a dense tropical forest and takes about 45 minutes to an hour to complete. The trek is a bit challenging and it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and carry water and snacks with you. The trek to Elephant Beach is a beautiful and scenic journey through lush green forests and provides a great opportunity to observe the local flora and fauna. Once you reach the beach, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Please note that the trekking route to Elephant Beach may be closed during monsoon season due to safety concerns.

Govindnagar Beach is a serene and stunning beach. It boasts of pristine, turquoise blue waters, soft and powdery sand, and absolute peace and quiet.
